Pictures from the Alpine Classic ballroom competition are now available

Ballroom pictures from the 2011 Alpine Classic Dancesport Competition are now available. This was a a two day competition (February 25-26) held at American Fork High School. We covered most of the sessions on Friday. On Saturday, we started in the afternoon and were there until the end but missed a couple of sessions. Enjoy!

Orem High School Tiger Classic Dancesport Ballroom Competition Pictures

We attended the Orem High School Tiger Classic competition on 18 September 2010. We took pictures during the first five sessions of the day (up until the formations and adult exhibitions). The pictures we took are now available for digital download. Enjoy!

Pictures from Amateur Nationals Dancesport Ballroom Championships

The Amateur Nationals Dancesport Ballroom Dance Championships were held March 11-13, 2010 at Brigham Young University (BYU). They wee terrific as always. We were able to attend the events and take many pictures. However, new restrictions did not allow us to take pictures from the floor at all times, so most of the pictures were taken from the stands. This resulted in a slightly different prospective than usual. We hope you enjoy the pictures!

Pictures from teh Utah Valley University ballroom competition are now available

We attended the Utah Valley University (UVU) Dancesport Ballroom competition on 19 - 20 February 2010. We took pictures on Friday night, which was when the team formation competition was held. We also took pictures on Saturday in the afternoon and evening. We did not cover all of the events during these times on Saturday. The pictures we took are now available for digital download. Enjoy!

Nationals Amateur Ballroom Championship Pictures are Now Available

The Amateur Dancesport Ballroom Championships were held March 12-14, 2009 at Brigham Young University (BYU). They were very exciting and fun to experience. We were able to attend all three days and get pictures from various events throughout the day and evening. We have divided our galleries into the day and evening sessions, with the exception of Elementery Team MAtch, which was held during the Saturday Day session, but has been separated into its own gallery. Enjoy!

National Amateur DanceSport Championships BYU 12-14 March 2009

We are excited for this year’s NDCA championships at Brigham Young University and will be taking pictures throughout the three-day event. Our goal is to have the pictures available the morning after the actual event. For example, we hope to have the pictures we take on Friday available on Saturday morning. If we fall behind, we will definitely have our pictures all available by the Monday following the event.

Alpine Classic (American Fork) Ballroom Competition Pictures are Available

We only covered the first half of the events (before 2 PM) on Saturday the 28th. During the time we were shooting, we covered all of the open events and many of the syllabus events. We have divided the pictures into these same two categories. As always, the pictures in each gallery are in chronological order. Enjoy!

Alpine Classic (American Fork High School) Competition - February 2009

We are planning on attending and taking pictures at the upcoming Alpine Classic held at America Fork High School. We will only be taking pictures the Saturday (February 28) of the competition. We hope to have pictures available by noon the following Monday.

Ballroom 2009-02-19 UVU Competition Pictures

Utah Valley University (UVU) had their Spring ballroom dance competition on February 19-21, 2009. The event was great and we were able to take a whole lot of pictures. The pictures have now been posted on the Lumbri Web site (www.lumbri.com).

We do feel badly that we did not cover the Saturday afternoon events. We also did not cover the team match event.

Also, remember that for a limited time, you can get digital downloads of our photos for as low as 99 cents a picture.

We are excited to finally get a blog. Now, you can know more about what we are doing without needing to dig all over our Web site. Our blog will also allow you to be sent emails when we have announcements, so you don't need to keep checking our site or our blog. And, maybe best of all, our blog will make it easier for you to contact us and provide feedback, which we really want.

Over the next few weeks, our blog will under go a lot of changes, as we are still trying to decide the best way to present it. We could have waited for our unveiling, but we wanted a way to interact with all of you now, so here it is.
